PAYMENT & INSURANCE: At Vive Counseling & Wellness, we strive to provide flexible options to meet your needs. Currently accepting: Self-pay and some Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), including Acentra, ComPsych, CuraLinc, and Mutual of Omaha. We are currently in the credentialing process with private health insurance providers. Accepted plans will be updated here as they are approved. Fees vary depending on the type of service, session duration, and insurance plan. We are happy to discuss specific rates with you over the phone.
