As a mental health therapist, I hold space for deep emotional work—but I’ve learned that I can’t show up fully for others unless I am deeply attuned to myself first. These are my Non-Negotiables: the daily habits that protect my peace, regulate my nervous system, help me stay grounded, and nurture my emotional well-being to be present and maintain work/life balance within my multiple roles.
